Please inform your therapist if you
have any medical concerns. Please make the therapist aware if you are pregnant or have a specific medical condition.
All guests receiving services are required to review
and sign a liability waiver and a medical history questionnaire prior to receiving services.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to
ensure your service starts on time.
If
you are late for your scheduled appointment, the therapist will have to stop at the original scheduled time.
4 hour cancellation notice or rescheduling an appointment
is required, to avoid being charged the full amount for the scheduled service. 3 or more services scheduled requires
a 24 hour cancellation notice.
A
credit card will be required to reserve all appointments and will be charged the full amount if the cancellation policy is
not adhered to.
